Online Access

 

You've reached your limit of articles

The online content is limited to 3 free articles a month, unless you register for 5 articles a month or subscribe for unlimited access.

To register to receive 5 articles or your unlimited subscriber access click here using the same email address used when subscribing. Once the registration form has been completed there is one final step - you will receive a verification email, please click the link to complete your registration.

Once you have completed your registration, you will be automatically signed in. To view the articles please click on The Art Newspaper logo at the top of the screen to go to the main homepage and click on an article.


I have registered but my details aren't working

If you have registered, but haven't completed the verification stage, please sign in and you will be prompted to resend the link. If you cannot remember your password, please try the forgot password option.

If this does not resolve your issues, please contact our Customer Service team, by email: subscriptions@theartnewspaper.com or telephone +44 (0) 1371 853 603 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5:30pm GMT.

Please provide as much information as possible, such as a screenshot, name of the internet browser you are using, whether you are using the App or the Website and if you have completed the verification steps.


How do I access the digital edition?

The digital editions of the newspaper are only available via the website, by signing in here and clicking on the 'replica editions' link in the top right hand corner of The Art Newspaper website.

 

App Subscriptions

 

Where can I get the App

The Art Newspaper App is only available on iOS (Apple) devices. The app is downloadable via the App Store here


How to view the content

To view your unlimited subscriber access, or 5 monthly articles, you will need to Sign in or Register by going to the menu bar in the top left hand corner of the App.

If you cannot remember your password, please use the 'forgot your password?' option and request code. You will receive an email with a reset code. On the App, you will need to enter your email, the confirmation code and then create your new password.


What is included in your App subscription

When you purhcase an app subscription you will be granted access to the online articles, Van Gogh blog & podcasts.

A subscription purchased through the App does not include access to the website, digital editions or printed copies of the newspaper.


Having difficulties

If you experience any problems with the app, check that you have updated your device with the latest update from Apple and are currently logged into the app. If this does not work please contact admin@theartnewspaper.com.

If you continue to experience difficulties with the app and wish to cancel your app subscription, please contact Apple to request a refund. Go to the App Store, Search, Click on the Account logo in the top right hand corner, go to subscriptions. You will then be presented with the option to cancel your subscription to The Art Newspaper App.

What subscription products are available

  • The Complete subscription comprises: 11 issues of the newspaper each year, complete access to the website and the new iOS app
  • The Digital subscription offers full access to content on the website and in the new iOS app
  • The Student subscription also offers full access to the website and in the new iOS app, but at a discounted price (proof is required with an active education email address)

Can I purchase a gift subscription

Yes, a gift subscription can be purchased, via our web shop, post or by contacting our customer services team by email: subscriptions@theartnewspaper.com or telephone +44 (0) 1371 853 603 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5:30pm GMT.


Can I change my payment details?

Yes you can, please contact Customer Services either by email: subscriptions@theartnewspaper.com or by telephone +44 (0) 1371 853 603 Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm GMT. Please have identification to prove you are the subscriber.


How to cancel a subscription

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time unless it is specifically stated in any subscription offer or promotion when you place your subscription order. Please note, that if your subscription includes a digital element (the website and iOS app), by placing your order you agree that we may start your digital subscription immediately and you acknowledge that you will lose your right to a refund in relation to any issues that have been published before you cancel.

If you exercise your right to cancel, unless the terms of any subscription offer or promotion state otherwise, we will reimburse all payments received from you, less a pro-rated amount for each issue delivered (if your subscription contains a print element) or published before you cancelled.

If you pay for your subscription by a continuous payment (Direct Debit or Continuous Credit Card) you must contact us at least 15 days before your next billing issue, otherwise you will be required to make your next payment and your subscription will continue until the next billing period.

Delivery

 

When will my first issue arrive?

If you subscribe before the 15th of the month then your subscription will begin with next months issue. For example: if you subscribed up to the 15th April, your first issue will be May.

If, however, you purchase a subscription after the 15th, you will receive your first print issue at the beginning of the month after the following month. For example: if you subscribed on the 16th April, your first issue will arrive in the first week of June.

You will, however, have access to the website within 24 hours of purchasing your subscription.


I have not received the latest issue

If you have not received the latest issue by the 15th of the month then please contact us at: subscriptions@theartnewspaper.com or telephone +44 (0) 1371 853 603 Monday to Friday between 9am and 5:30pm GMT.

If by email please state as much information as possible about your subscription: the name and address of the subscriber and/or subscriber number.


How to change my address details?

Need to suspend your subscription?
